Financial Worksheets
Financial Worksheets are tools we use to take a snapshot and look at what we are doing with our money.
The Financial Worksheet section of the website provides a link to financial spreadsheets that we can use to complete a financial inventory and gather information about our financial situation as it is today.
The financial worksheets can be used to:
*look at what we have done with our money in the past,
*observe what we are doing with our money today, and
*make decisions about what we will do with our money in the future.
We will use the following worksheets to inventory of our finances.
- Cost of substance use for one year
- Financial Records
- Cash flow
- Net worth
- Sources of income
- Spending tracker
- Types of expenses – Daily, major, seasonal
- How much do I owe? – Debt inventory
- Insurance inventory
- Savings, investment, and retirement inventory
Each worksheet section has a link to the worksheet. Click on the link to open the worksheet. The worksheets are created in Excel, Word, or PowerPoint so you can use the worksheet to add or delete your personal information.
As you work through the financial worksheets, identify financial goals you would like to work toward. Use the My Life Goals Worksheet to list your goals and identify how much money you will need to meet each of your goals.
