Facing Financial Uncertainty

How are you doing today – personally and financially? Are you feeling afraid, anxious, or uncertain with all of the chaos that is going on?

When the world around us is in chaos, it can be hard to know what to do.

Listed below are some actions steps you can take to keep moving forward one step at a time in good orderly direction.

Affirmations can ground us. Hold on to this affirmation and repeat it whenever you feel afraid or anxious. I have the creative capacity within me to find my way through any chaos.

Gratitude keeps us mindful of the things we have to be grateful for. List at least three things you are grateful for.

Support gives us strength. I am not alone. Even though the way we interact is changing, I can still reach out and connect with others using electronic devices. We are so fortunate to have so many options available.

Stay in action doing things you can do. First things first. Do the next right thing.

How important is it? Make a list of things you need to do. Identify the most important thing that needs to be done right now.

Prepare a to do-list for each day. Take an action step that will move you toward accomplishing your most important priority. When you have done what you need to do with that priority, move to the next priority goal.

Continue doing the next right thing over and over again.

Easy does it! One step at a time we can discover what we need to do and take the actions to find our way through any chaos we face.
